Quality Assurance Manager - LHH

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the quality control team, offering direction and training as necessary.
• Perform routine inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to pinpoint improvement areas and ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address quality concerns and implement corrective measures.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge quality performance and drive ongoing enhancement initiatives.
• Analyze quality data to uncover trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process refinement.
• Manage investigations into non-conforming products and enact corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of quality control management experience with a degree, or 6+ years without.
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Experience in semiconductor strongly preferred
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar highly desired

Skills:

• Fluency in QMS and Excel
• Working knowledge base in ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Organizational, project management, and communication skills

About the role:

• Full Time, Direct Hire
• Mon – Fri; 8a-5p
• Primarily on site role with some flexibility
• Comp / Benefits – 100-125K DOE; company performance bonus potential, employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match
