Supported Living Services - Quality Assurance Manager-Everett
Salary: $70,000
Schedule: M-F, 8:30AM – 5:00 PM/ On-Call
SUMMARY:
Will oversee the Quality Assurance Team. Ensure all QA’s are completed on a monthly basis. Support Quality Assurance team and Residential team in the field, train staff when needed, and support with Policies and Procedures. Oversee Residential Quality Reports.
SCHEDULE: Schedule may vary as scheduled by supervisor including some nights and weekends and On-Call.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for performing and delivering curriculum and learning material and overseeing all operations of Washington SAILS training program as reflected by the following duties and responsibilities:
● Create training materials as needed for specific issues (example: prevention of bed bugs). Support in training Residential Operations Team on Quality Assurance.
● Will attend House Manager meetings as needed to communicate quality assurance concerns and ascertain additional training needs.
● Will evaluate training effectiveness by observing and conducting surveys.
● Will attend Provider meetings when training/QA information is part of the agenda.
● Will work with DDA/DOH to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, reviewing new tools as they come out to ensure that our audits are effective.
● Will complete all required applications and documents ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and agreements, support in Audits with each department.
● Completing QA checks in homes as needed. Ensuring team completes monthly QA audits.
● Will schedule QA audits for the team monthly. Ensure that the schedule is being followed.
● Supports in ensuring client paperwork is completed and rotated out. Follow up with the Operations team when paperwork is not getting completed.
● Tracks IRs and reports numbers to Redwood.
● Follows up with Operational Quick Checks and ensures they’re in the Quick Check folder for Redwood.
● Supports AD and Director in audits and quality assurance for ongoing needs
● Ensures that the team conducts training onsite for staff monthly, based on homes in their area.
● Ensures that Quality Assurance training gets completed onsite with staff and House Managers monthly.
● Follow up with House Managers to ensure completion of tasks and training, assign tasks to certain employees to ensure completion of Compliance needs.
● Supports in ensuring that Therap documentation is correct and current. Follow up with Therap trends and training.
● Supports Residential projects as requested and required.
● Monthly on the 15th, reports of Quality Assurance are sent out to the Executive Director for review. On the 20th, sit down with each Director to review QA concerns or needs. (Dates may vary depending on weekends.)
● Will keep up to date with weekly and monthly reports and follow up with each House Manager in person, via phone or email.
● Meets deadlines and weekly job expectations. Will utilize the Weekly Task List and Schedule on a weekly basis.
● Manages the tracking of ROI’s and client documentation.
● Creates a daily checklist and documents assignments as completed.
● Travels to complete audits or training as needed or requested.
● Meet with the team on a daily basis virtually or on the phone.
● Follow up with Behavior tasks with Behavior Manager and Director
● Cover Shifts in emergency situations or as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
● Must be 21 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
● Must have a fingerprint and criminal clearance prior to starting.
● Peer Coach Instuctor
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
● Sound decision making and organizational skills
● Ability to present complex information to a diverse community
● Proficiency in MS Office and database software
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
● Able to work with minimal supervision. Guidance is available as necessary; however, the individual is expected to be able to function autonomously and make individual decisions when appropriate.
