Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary: The Quality Manager oversees quality assurance and control, ensuring products meet regulatory and company standards, reporting directly to the Director of Quality 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain quality assurance programs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (USDA, BRC, HACCP).
• Conduct audits and inspections.
• Lead and train the quality assurance team.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet quality standards.
• Maintain quality assurance records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field preferred 
• 5+ years in quality assurance/control in the food industry, preferably Beef or Pork processing.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
