Job Summary:

Supermicro is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to serve mainly with L10 (Server level) and L11 (Rack level) testings for Company. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure the robustness of the total solutions in Supermicro's system. You will partner closely with the System PMs and Production engineers to improve Server qualities.
This role will be in the headquarters located in San Jose, CA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned):
• Monitor, review L10/L11 test results to control server quality/reliability from Production and Ware House
• Manage our quality control procedures and follow up issues from L10/L11 testiing to improve company's product quality
• Support and coordinate with LAB and other engineering teams to improve our server qualities
• Take ownership provide feedback and take initiative to drive to improve server qualities
• Work with cross-functional teams and take initiative to set quality standards for new products
• In-depth knowledge on maintaining the quality of the product testing skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent experiences preferred
• 1+ years of experience in leading cross-functional teams in corporate environment, with solid product promotion experiences in hardware components preferred
• Prior technical marketing experiences in ODM/OEM projects preferred
• Strong analytical, marketing and project management skills - a drive for results and a history of successful execution on projects is a plus
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Technical hands-on experiences on server business solutions
• Understanding in the key features of server and key components, with in-depth knowledge about its market
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity
• Team player that works well in collaborative situations

Salary Range

$78,000 - $128,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
