You'll need to be exceptionally skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track software defects. You'll be developing and maintaining automated test suites to increase testing efficiency and coverage, troubleshooting and resolving issues, while identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to improve the QA process at Company!

Job Summary:
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer Contractor (Corp-to-Corp / 1099 / contract-to-hire) for a 23-month project. You'll need to be exceptionally skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and track software defects. What You'll Do:
- Develop a deep understanding of how our systems and components work to ensure development has all of the information needed to fix any issues.
- Create detailed test plans based off of technical designs and product requirements
- Execute test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software releases, including onsite testing of hardware devices, software and custom Android-based devices
- Work closely with development to integrate automated tests into our CI pipeline
- Execute releases on a consistent release schedule and monitor changes in our systems through metrics and logs.
- Continuously learn and develop your skills while contributing to the growth of your colleagues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Real attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality
- Experience with hardware, robotics and IoT is big plus
- Experience with Xray test management tool is a plus
- Experience in testing ML/AI applications would be cool too

- Hourly rate commensurate with experience.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
