Quality Engineer – Lititz, PA

The Opportunity

Our client is a local electronics manufacturer supplying the defense industry.  They have hired us to seek out a Quality Engineer for their Lititz, PA location.

This position is responsible for managing and supporting daily activities for all quality-related activities including requirements review, quality planning, and documentation.

The ideal candidate will have experience:

• Managing quality requirements including First Article Inspection, Failure Reporting and Corrective Actions Systems, and customer quality
• Managing Return Material Authorization
• Executing processes and ensuring projects operate in accordance with documents AS9100 QMS and Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Creating quality documentation and presentations for communicating with internal and external customers

Qualifications include:

• BS Degree in Quality Engineering or a related field
• 5+ years of Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience
• Experience with electronics manufacturing standards
• Ability to obtain/maintain a Department of Defense security clearance.
