Arcosa Traffic Structures is looking for a Quality Assurance Document Controller. In this role, you will support the Quality Assurance team by providing various office and location support activities. This position reports to the Quality Manager.

Arcosa Traffic Structures can provide engineer designed structures and state DOT specified designed structures to fit your project requirements.
Location: Sumterville, FL
What you’ll do:
- Review Quality and Production records for accuracy and completeness
- Receive and Review Material Certifications For Accuracy, and Made in America compliance
- Create and Distribute accurate Certification Packages to Third Party Inspectors and Customers
- Create accurate Close Out Packages
- Retain and organize record libraries for hard copy and digital formats
- Interface with customers and 3rd party inspectors to provide required information and documentation
- Familiarize yourself with company, customer, and code requirements to ensure quality record accuracy
- Compile and chart quality and production data for analysis, review, and distribution
- Conducts research to assist in department initiatives and projects.
- Upholds the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility.
- May be involved in safety committees or initiatives
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
- Associate degree or a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience
- Well organized with the ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and execute new programs or policies and have a positive and effective manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to be available after hours, weekends and holidays as needed to support operations
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- High Functionality in MS Office: Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Strong organizational skills
