About the Job
We are seeking an experienced ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Specialist to lead the ISO 9001 certification efforts for company. This role is instrumental in consolidating, formatting, and aligning documentation to meet needs and ISO 9001 requirements, as well as conducting internal audits, training, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in auditing, documentation management, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of the ISO 9001-based QMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and format documentation to align with requirements and ISO 9001 standards.
- Utilize styles and templates to ensure consistency in documentation.
- Train team members on proper use of documentation styles as needed.
- Conduct internal audits, prepare reports, and assist teams with corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Corrective Action process owner to develop a workflow for internal audits using JIRA.
- Verify training records for employees to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Develop a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Document Management System.
- Identify profiles for each document type, including approver groups and lists.
- Design workflows for various documents, gaining agreement from stakeholders.
- Populate the SharePoint Policy Hub with documentation gathered from all teams.
- Verify calibration and maintenance records for equipment across all locations.
- Create training materials for ISO 9001 certification and conduct training sessions.
- Guide teams through brainstorming sessions to identify necessary documentation and content.
- Draft corporate-level procedures and ensure stakeholder review and approval.
- Act as a liaison between Quality Systems and other departments throughout the ISO 9001 implementation process.
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements for workflows supporting ISO 9001 QMS execution.
- Develop clear and concise training content to ensure effective communication on QMS implementation.
Additional Support:
- Provide assistance with other activities that support the successful implementation of ISO 9001 QMS.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with ISO 9001 or other Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- At least 4 years of experience conducting internal or external audits, preferably within a semiconductor design or manufacturing environment.
- 1-2 years of experience working with IT/systems for requirement gathering, workflow testing, issue identification, and documentation.
- 1-2 years of experience in creating training materials.
- 2-3 years of experience using Microsoft Applications (SharePoint, PowerPoint, MS Word, including word styles).
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 certification requirements and processes.
- Proficient in using SharePoint for document management.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to speak and write in English and local languages.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in auditing within a semiconductor design environment.
- Proven ability to create training materials that deliver concise and consistent messaging.
- Familiarity with JIRA for workflow management.
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
