Position Summary: The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for supporting our Clinical Quality Department and the daily chart auditing within our electronic health record (EHR).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Quality Assurance Analyst FTE is responsible for various tasks related to the review and evaluation of the performance of services provided by Peer Recovery Specialists and Peer Recovery Supervisors.

- Completing quality and compliance audits for the Peer Services Program and Peer Services Partnership Programs which involves conducting chart reviews and audits, contacting clients to verify care and assess program satisfaction, delivering coaching and performance plans to providers, and conducting overall quality and compliance reviews. These activities are performed under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Quality & Training.
- Completing Quality Checks for Peers Services Program Supervisory Program to determine effectiveness of supervision services delivered which involves conducting quality reviews of supervision logs and contacting Peers to ascertain satisfaction with the Supervision experience. These activities are performed under the direction of the Manager of Clinical Quality & Training.
- Contributing to the continual planning, data-gathering, development, implementation, and evaluation of the Clinical Quality Program.
- Serving as a valuable contributor to the Clinical Quality team, collaborating with other team members to ensure program effectiveness and compliance.
- Assisting in the generation of reports and corresponding documentation based on the Quality Checks conducted. These reports provide insights into program performance and compliance.
- Assisting with the collection and summation of scheduled metrics related to quality and compliance. This involves gathering data from various sources and stakeholders, such as Peer Leads, Peer Supervisors, Assessors, and Program Partners.
- Research experience including policy and compliance research for market expansion compliance for peer services.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preference given to a licensed health care professional and those with substance use disorder (SUD) experience (RN, NP, LADC, LMFT, LPCC, other)
- Experience with quality control monitoring, quality assurance and compliance is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations and/or administrative coordination.
- Successful experience in team collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Planning, organization, and time management skills with a drive to meet strict deadlines.
- Must be an independent problem-solver and critical thinker.
- Strong knowledge of front-end revenue cycle and clinical operations processes.
- Effective use of software applications is required, and advanced use is preferred. – i.e., Google Suite, MS Excel, Electronic Health Records, Slack, etc.
- Partner and client relationship-building skills are required.
- Previous experience managing multiple projects and/or initiatives at once is required.
- Clear results of a background check with findings that do not exclude applicants from working within healthcare, receiving Medicaid reimbursement for services and/or being a part of a CMS-compliant organization.
