Job Title: Quality Associate
Location: Princeton, NJ (hybrid schedule; 2-3 days onsite)
Hours / Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm EST
Type: 1 year contract
Overview
Responsibilities
- Support Contract Manufacturer (CM) Performance Monitoring Program:
- Partner with CM to collect and monitor performance data against KPIs to ensure adherence to client's quality requirements.
- Maintain scorecards and PowerBI tools.
- Collect and provide consumer complaint data with respective CMs
- Provide scorecard information to Compliance as needed.
- Support Annual Product Review (APR) process
- Provide CM's with required data for APR completion.
- Manage Internal client's process for approval and filing of APRs
- Support on Root Cause Analysis (RCA)/Corrective and Preventive Action:
- Track investigation completion and corrective action implementation with contract manufacturers and internal stakeholders.
- General Quality Support
- Manage the communication with potential new CMs regarding the due diligence questionnaire (Send, follow up, receive and file)
- 1-3 years of experience in Quality
- Health regulated background (supplements, drugs, CPG) highly preferred
- Basic understanding of the following concepts: Quality Systems, Good Document Practices/Good Manufacturing Practices.
- If someone has supplier quality, that is a plus but definitely not required at this level
- Organized, communicates well, is comfortable in a fast-paced high-pressure environment. Experienced in managing and analyzing data.
- Other soft skills that would be beneficial to this role: Attention to Detail, Analytical, Data driven mindset, collaborative, good time management, self starter, eager to grow and develop.
- Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering related fields.
- Software experience: Microsoft Office programs (word, PowerPoint, excel, etc)
- Microsoft PowerBI experience is a plus but not required.
