AGC Multi Material America, Inc. (AMMA) is seeking Quality Associates to help develop and manufacture Copper Clad Laminates (CCL) for electronics that use fast signals, such as 5G phones, car radars, internet connections, and communication systems for planes and spaceships.
Overall, the Quality Associate will play a crucial role in shaping the future of communication by helping to manufacture the latest and greatest Copper Clad Laminates for high-speed electronics.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Key Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect finished products to meet quality standards
- Complete accurate inspection documentation
- Transport product, lift, carry, and move heavy loads as required
- Cross-train in other departments and be used as needed based on business demand
- Pass annual certifications and receive OSHA training for personal protective equipment and safety training
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and fumes.
- The ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively in the English language.
- Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
Benefits:

2nd Shift – 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.

Required Safety Equipment/Training
AGC follows all required OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standard industry guidelines in-regards to the use of personal protective equipment and safety training required for the specific job function.

- May be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.
- Ability to Stand, walk, sit, use of hands to handle, feel, or grasp objects, tools, or controls.
- Reach and lift with hands and arms; lift/move/carry objects up to 25 lbs. in weight.
- Climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
- Ability to talk and hear for safety on the production floor.
- Visual ability to see things in close vision, distance vison, color vision, peripheral vison, depth perception and ability to adjust focus as needed.
