What You'll Do:
As a Qualified Professional, you’ll play a key role in supporting and advocating for Service Recipients receiving Innovations Waiver or State Funded Services. You’ll be at the heart of helping individuals live meaningful lives, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Empower Change: Develop individualized short-term goals and interventions that make a real difference.
- Lead with Compassion: Conduct clinical and employee supervisory visits, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
- Inspire Growth: Provide ongoing development plans and annual performance evaluations for direct care staff.
- Champion Advocacy: Participate and advocate for recipients in their ISP meetings, ensuring their voices are heard.
- Drive Excellence: Monitor billing, maintain accurate documentation, and resolve grievances swiftly and compassionately.
- Community Impact: Represent Abound Health at community events, spreading awareness and making connections.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related human service field with 1 year of full-time IDD experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in a related human service field with 2 years of full-time IDD experience, OR
- Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field with 4 years of full-time IDD experience.

Compensation & Benefits:
Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, total compensation may include various other forms of pay. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive health, dental, and wellness benefits, which begin on your 60th day of employment.
