PIPECARE is looking for QHSE Engineer for USA, Houston . QHSE plays a vital role in ensuring the organization's compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations. This position involves developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and systems to promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

- Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with QHSE standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Defining competencies for HSE Department team members
- Provide training and awareness programs to employees on QHSE policies, procedures, and practices.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Approving procedures for the company manually & IT ERP.
- Designing and implementing all activities pertaining to HSE.
- Recommending to Top Management the resources budgets (assets including people) for the Department.
- Training PIPECARE personnel in process areas including internal auditors (including HSE).
- Approving all documents and records pertaining to HSE.
- Implementing all applicable HSE standards in PIPECARE.
- Deciding on non-conformities along with Quality Team.
- Format & approval the effectiveness of the actions taken against the non-conformities.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and external auditors for QHSE compliance audits and certifications.
- Monitoring the performance of internal auditors.
- Manage documentation and record-keeping related to QHSE activities, including incident reports, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
- Conducting all types of Quality/HSE audits within PIPECARE along with Quality personnel
- Developing and executing the HSE Plans.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility throughout the organization
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, occupational health and safety, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Certified Quality Engineer) is preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001), environmental management systems (ISO 14001), and occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QHSE activities in Engineering Industry
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of QHSE.
Accountability - Develop QHSE standards and procedures for PIPECARE .
- Adopt and provide feedback on best practices across PIPECARE teams.
- Collaborate with team members to identify innovative ways to improve practices and procedures.
