QC Lab Technician - Repligen

The Quality Control Laboratory Technician is responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards. This role involves conducting routine quality control tests, analyzing data, and documenting results. The technician will work closely with other team members to maintain quality standards and identify areas for improvement

• Prepares samples for testing
• Performs visual inspection and dimensional analysis using vision system
• Sample testing for fiber characteristics such as performance using various testing equipment 

                  (Measurement equipment, refractometer, spectrophotometer)

• Preparation of chemical solutions for marker testing
• Routine in house calibration on some equipment as needed
• Ensure compliance to current SOP’s and Work Instructions
• Records test data in excel spreadsheet
• Maintenance of laboratory glassware and inventory
• Adherence to all company Quality policies and procedures
•  Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
• Contributes to team effort as needed

• Laboratory or manufacturing setting work experience preferred, within a controlled Quality environment
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret information
• Capable of prioritizing tasks and time management
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively, especially within a team environment
• Minimum of High School diploma required; advanced education preferred
• Microsoft software skills required
