QC LAB RESEARCH ASSOCIATE - Efficus Inc.

Seeking a highly motivated Research Associate level biochemist/chemis. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine analytical characterizations of mRNA formulations.

Here's What You'll Do:

• Run HPLC and FACE (Fragment Analyzer Capillary Electrophoresis) based assays and analyze results according to an SOP
• Routine maintenance HPLC systems and FACE
• Sample preparation according to SOPs and data entry in an electronic laboratory notebook system
• maintain high-quality laboratory documentation in electronic systems
• Utilize standard automation liquid handlers for sample preparation

Here's What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment
• B.Sc. with strong foundation in biochemistry, chemistry, materials science, chemical engineering or related field
• Experience with Chromeleon HPLC software is preferred
• General chemistry and biochemistry lab skills are a must
• Experience in characterization of small and large molecules including biopolymers
• Experience in separations science is preferred
• Strong written and oral communication skills
