Job Details

Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain all quality control procedures and policies related to ultrasonic testing.
Conduct regular inspections of all welding jobs using ultrasonic testing methods to ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards.
Analyze and interpret ultrasonic testing results, providing detailed reports on findings.
Identify and report any instances of non-compliance, recommending appropriate corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with the project team, providing expert advice and guidance on all matters related to ultrasonic testing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all advancements in ultrasonic testing technology, applying this knowledge to improve our quality control

practices.

Ensure all testing equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning at optimal levels.
Conduct training sessions for other team members on the principles and practices of ultrasonic testing.

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of welding and fabrication.
Advanced knowledge of ultrasonic testing methods and equipment.
Proven ability to interpret and analyze ultrasonic testing results.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and rectify instances of non-compliance.
Advanced knowledge of all relevant industry standards and regulations.
Proficiency in the use of all standard office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
