About the Job
We are seeking QC Dispute Analysts for a client in San Antonio.
Job Description:
Perform Quality Control reviews on Dispute cases that have already been reviewed by the Dispute Analyst.
Review multiple QC reviews for all product lines to include debit cards, credit cards, ACH, fraud and non-fraud.
Utilize knowledge of bank card rules and Federal Regulations to accurately identify issues and determine the best solution to recover funds.
Maintain compliance, quality, and productivity standards that are aligned with individual scorecards.
Follow written risk and compliance policies, standards, and procedures for business activities.
Required:
2 years of dispute processing – intake or end to end
1 year of QC experience reviewing Disputes
Experience working with Reg E (Error resolution), Reg Z (Billing Errors-Credit Cards)
1 year of analytical problem-solving experience.
Good understanding of general disputes and controls within the dispute review
Experience with MS Office – proficient with Excel
Ability to follow step by step instructions, work with repetition, and follow procedures.
Great phone presence and comfortable making calls
