Requirements:
- Knowledge of third party collections call center regulations, experience in Real Estate Call Center, Previous Call Observation experience
- ACEs, Call Monitoring Platform, Excel
- Gridspace, Nice, ACEs
Job Description:
- Listen to 15 calls per day
- Reviews, learns, and understands software functionality to properly test specific features
- Under direct supervision of senior stakeholders such as Testers or Senior Testers, conducts a wide range of quality-control tests and analyzes results to ensure that the software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements
- Executes test cases, analyze the results and submits the observations to senior members, who validate the analysis
- Records problems and issues in accordance with project's problem and issues management plans
- Documents defects and generates test metrics
- Tracks defects to resolution within defined timeframe
- Can write basic scripts in querying languages such as SQL to validate test findings
