About the Job
Key Position Responsibilities:
- Able to give first piece and in-process inspection. Able to use inspection tools/gages (micrometers, calipers, comparator, and other gages)
- Perform dimensional and visual inspection on various precision components using mechanical and electronic gaging.
- Visual/Floor inspection will inclde inspecting pars for cracks and burns un magnetic and Nital etch line
- Demonstrated ability to work well at all levels of the organization, must be results-oriented, motivated and deal with changing priorities.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- Must read and write English fluently.
- High School Diploma, or equivalent GED
- Inspection using micrometers, calipers, height gages, ring gages, plugs gages, tri rolls, and optical comparators.
- Able to read and understand blueprints.
Desired Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Ability to plan, organize, and document inspection activity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Some computer literacy in Windows environment.
- Proven team player and leader.
ITAR Requirement:
- Due to ITAR regulations, this position requires that the employee must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) or a Foreign Person for whom a license is obtained.

- Employees will participate as required in understanding, implementing and maintaining the Company Quality Policy in accordance with AS-9100C and/or ISO-9001:2008 requirements.
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:
- Position works around machinery and equipment.
- Must be able to stand, walk for long periods and lift heavy gauges
- The employee is expected to access, enter, and retrieve data by using a computer terminal.
