QA/QC Inspector Levle 2 - Basic Equipment

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications.
• Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustments.
• Read and understand fabrication blueprints
• Perform dimensional inspections on vessels, piping , and structural product daily.
• Review NDE results, monitor Hydrostatic pressure testing, document testing results as required daily.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• Discard or reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications.
• Pressure Vessels according to A.S.M.E

Requirements:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Level 2 NDE
• Must complete all necessary reports and paperwork on a daily basis.
• Able to represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Follow all Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures.
• Available to work 40 – 60 hours per week
• May be subject to hazardous conditions including escaping gas, adverse weather, extreme temperatures, heavy lifting, and cramped locations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
• Level 2 NDE
