As QA Nurse - LPN you will work closely andcommunicate with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to assure that stateand federal guidelines are met while providing residents with a safe livingenvironment. This is a leadership role in the quality management team forquality assurance and performance improvement projects.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing (LPN) with current state license.'
- Ability to remain a good working relationship with all levels of personnel, residents and families, as well as community contacts and volunteers
- Ability to work closely with the Director of Nursing and MDS Nurses.
- Adherence to HIPAA regulations, OSHA regulations and state and federal guidelines.
