QA Manger - Ori Sandbox

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Manager to oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience in managing QA teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA policies and procedures
• Coordinate with development teams to identify and resolve quality issues
• Lead and mentor QA team members
• Create and execute test plans and test cases
• Perform manual and automated testing as needed
• Track and report on QA metrics and progress

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance
• Proven experience in leading QA teams
• In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
