Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
Camping World is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality assurance for our digital products. This role involves managing QA team members, developing QA processes and procedures, conducting audits, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a experience in digital product development, working in an agile environment and fostering a culture of quality and accountability.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring and training
· Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with product and development goals and objectives.
· Continuously assess and improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality considerations into all stages of product development.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards (ex. ADA)
· Identify potential risks and quality issues associated with products, processes, and systems.
· Implement best practices and tools to streamline QA processes and enhance overall efficiency, including building out automation
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management, or a related discipline
· Proven experience in quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
· In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices, including automation
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex quality issues.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
· Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and quality assurance tools/software.
· Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
