OVERVIEW:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist, troubleshoot and attempt to fix any quality issues on the hose line
- Review all parts as a one-over-one inspection
- Perform any other tasks required by the supervisor or management
KEYS TO SUCCESS:
Knowledge of the hose manufacturing and coupled assembly process helpful but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a Gates Employee with a good attendance record
- Willingness to learn
- Winning attitude
- Ability to work with a team
- Competent in mathematics
- Ability to work with computers competently
- Reliable
LEADERSHIP/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
TRAVEL: Minimal – less than 10%
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
