QA Lead - NetCracker OSS Suite - Resource Logistics, Inc.

• The Software Test Engineer will follow a documented test plan and be responsible for the reporting of clear and very detailed bug reports.
• The Software Test Engineer will work with their fellow testers to ensure quality testing and bug reporting is maintained throughout the product s entire
• testing process.
• Understand and document procedures
• Develop publish and implement test plans
• Write and maintain test cases
• Create and maintain test data
• Clearly document and re-verify all defects
• Document test results
• Analyzing the requirements for multi-tier Clienthitected web-commerce applications from industry standard design documents.
• Developing high-level test design and planning documentation.
• Design, code, test, and execute test case scenarios
• Analysis of test results leading to defect isolation and resolution.
• Support root cause analyses, reproduce issues and provide relevant logs to dev teams to speed up issues resolution
• Ability to design, develop, and implement QA test cases
• Ability to perform all aspects of verification, including functional, integration, structural, regression, and load and system testing

Experience & Requirement:

• A minimum of 8 years of Software Test/QA experience
• Working experience and good understanding of NetCracker OSS/BSS suite.
• Excellent English communication skills including both written and verbal
• Extensive experience in System Integration testing, UAT testing, End to end testing and co-coordinating with the development team for code coverage of the application.
• Experience with manual testing, including: functional, integration, smoke, regression, and load testing
• Experience in SQL
• Deep understanding of testing methodologies, standard QA processes, and software release cycles
