Requirements

What are we looking for?

• Empathy for the player experience, particularly with gaming devices and peripherals.
• Customer service experience and familiarity with QA/Test processes.
• Expert proficiency in Windows 7 and higher, as well as OSX 10.10 and higher.
• Ability to troubleshoot PC hardware, operating systems, device drivers, and BIOS.
• Experience with gaming hardware, peripherals, and mobile devices (legacy Android and iOS with Xcode provisioning).
• Skills in constructing and repairing PC hardware and using image deployment software like Norton Ghost.
• Familiarity with performance and benchmarking tools.
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• The ability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs.

Nice to have

• Experience maintaining hardware across multiple platforms (mobile, console, PC).
• Networking experience.
