JOB TITLE: QA Engineer ( Gaming)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE/DURATION: Contract 6+ months

$45- $53/hour

Akkodis is seeking an QA Engineer with Gaming Experience company located in Candidates need to be local in Los Angeles CA

Responsibilities

• Map your team's work to quality targets based on product goals, while driving visibility on progress
• Hold fellow team members accountable for including quality as an essential factor in decision-making.
• Conduct quality activities throughout the software development life cycle.
• Report the metrics that matter, using data to guide action.
• Help call out risks, impact, probability, and help plan mitigation.
• Communicate progress of assigned tasks, and blockers to you and your team's work.
• Help improve product pipelines and workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• You understand what it takes to grow quality for a team, project or other diverse effort.
• Experience Test Planning, execution and defect management with remote testers.
• Experience working embedded with developers and content creators.
• Experience creating custom reporting on test coverage and defect data.
• 2+ years Software Quality Assurance Experience

Desired Qualifications:

• Preferred Licenses/certifications:
• ISTQB Foundation Level
• ISTQB Agile Tester or ICAgile Agile Testing (ICP-TST)
• ISTQB Expert Level
• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager
• ICAgile Test Expert (ICE-AT)
