Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design and implement automated testing solutions that ensure the quality and functionality of web-based applications. The role involves creating, maintaining, and executing test plans, developing automation scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver error-free, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:

Automation Design and Testing:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web-based applications.
- Design and document automated testing processes, including prioritizing test scenarios and creating execution plans.

Quality Assurance Activities:
- Perform software quality assurance for a variety of web and mobile applications.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create detailed test plans and scenarios.
- Employ contemporary testing methods to ensure error-free application functionality.

Collaboration & Support:
- Work closely with development, testing, and business teams to analyze and resolve defects.
- Participate in program design and code review meetings to ensure alignment with technical standards and requirements.
- Provide technical support for testing and implementation efforts.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Create and maintain technical and design documentation.
- Document and report test results, defects, and performance issues for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:

| Requirement Analysis | 8+ | Experience analyzing requirements and writing test plans to validate functionality and business processes. |

| Problem Solving | 8+ | Ability to analyze software applications and defects to develop innovative solutions. |
| Testing Tools | 3+ | Experience with tools such as Selenium, SoapUI, Katalon, Client UFT, LoadRunner, SQL, and XML. |
| Collaboration | 3+ | Experience working collaboratively with teams using Agile methodologies. |
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, JAMA, or Client Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
- Knowledge of performance testing tools and batch process testing.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and database query testing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
