Position Description:
The focus of this position is to develop automated tests for a cloud-based Human Resource Management application using a behavioral driven development automation framework. The resource selected will work as part of a fast-paced, iterative delivery team with resources located in the US and India.
Position Responsibilities:

• Partner with MGT automation team to design and develop automated test cases supporting the Kronos HR System.
• Includes working on framework suggestions, test data identification, development and debugging of automated tests and regular status updates to the automation lead.
• Ability to work in an onshore/offshore model.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Accountable for quality delivery with minimal supervision.

• Strong experience in using Ruby programming for test automation
• Strong understanding and experience using OOP principals and concepts – Gherkin, Ruby (preferred) or Java / Groovy / C#
• Experience in working on a BDD framework – Cucumber(preferred) / Rspec / SPOCK / Behave and others
• Experience testing Web Services – REST based
• Experience in using version control for code repository GIT (preferred)
• Experience and understanding of CI/CD
• Experience with Agile / Scrum processes and tools (Jira preferred)
• Docker experience preferred
