QA Automation Engineer - ATech Placement

We are looking for a QA functional and strong automation engineer for a web and mobile application who has 3+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium Webdriver test automation tool and experience using Javascript, Typescript, Java, Python, Ruby, and/or C#.

Responsibilities

• Create, execute and maintain automated test scripts using test automation framework
• Write and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test cases based on specifications and requirements for technically complex mobile and desktop software projects
• Execute manual and automated tests and identify, communicate, and document discrepancies encountered during the testing process. Enter, review and update software defects in defect tracking database.
• Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Technical Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years functional QA experience
• 3+ years hands on experience with Selenium Webdriver test automation tool
• Development experience needed using Javascript, Typescript, Java, Python, Ruby and/or C# etc
• Ability to design and implement test automation framework(s), integrate with continuous integration systems
• In-depth knowledge of testing Web-based applications. Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies.
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll/Time/Onboarding applications is a plus 
• Must have strong experience testing iOS and Android native apps
• Must Have strong experience working in an Agile development environment
• Need experience using Gherkin for writing test cases and solid understanding of use of Cucumber.
• Should have experience in various automation tools like Playwright, Protractor and Appium to interact with mobile
• Should have good knowledge of web services using REST. SOAP is a plus.
