MUST:
Experienced QA/Application Testing Support
2+ years of software application support
Communicating with customer to support technical and sales logistics.
Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
Enhancing department and organization reputation and accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint Excel and Outlook)
Experience creating reports and correspondence
Knowledge of how to operate a PC w/ Windows 10 or Windows 11
Strong documentation skills with ability to respond to technical questions
Experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
Interest in learning new software package and imaging
Bachelors Degree (in computer science or Information Technology a must)
DUTIES:
Respond to phone calls and assist clients with technical support questions regarding software
Provide logistics support to sales
Assist with developing and enforcing Standard Operation Procedures
Identify and resolve problems
Perform quality assurance operational objectives
Prepare and complete action plans
Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards;
Assist with file audits
Prepare documentation and reports
