Job Description
Seeking a QA Analyst/Tester with SAP experience (SAP required) for a contract to hire opportunity. This person should have some either SAP backend testing exp or CRM experience and ideally front end store application or POS testing experience. The QA Analyst/Tester primary focus is on application testing, creating test plans and schedules, and identify test design and implementation improvements. This is an end to end testing role. This person will test Oasis, which is the storefront system (front end), and then SAP backend. The person will work with various lines of business internally (WMS, TPM, etc.) The QA Analyst must have the following skills:

Job Description
Seeking a QA Analyst/Tester with SAP experience (SAP required) for a contract to hire opportunity. This person should have some either SAP backend testing exp or CRM experience and ideally front end store application or POS testing experience. The QA Analyst/Tester primary focus is on application testing, creating test plans and schedules, and identify test design and implementation improvements. This is an end to end testing role. The person will work with various lines of business internally (WMS, TPM, etc.) The QA Analyst must have the following skills:
- Knowledge and experience with the software development process (SDLC)
- Analyze customers' business requirements from Business Analysts and prepare test cases required to prove functionality is working correctly and regression test cases to insure base functions in the application continue to work as designed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships as single-point-of-contact for all QA matters
- Write efficient test plans and test cases that exercise all logic paths.
- Document and disseminate test results.
- Analyze results and improve future testing iterations.
- Coordinate manual and automated test execution.
- Use testing tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing environment.
- Proactively seeks ways to apply technology to QA processes.
- Use documented facts as basis of conclusions.
- Maintain and encourage enthusiasm of their team and promote a positive atmosphere, despite what is a somewhat 'negative' process (e.g., looking for or preventing problems)
- Promote teamwork to increase productivity
- Promote cooperation between developers, business analysts and testers
- Communicate with technical and non-technical people, engineers, managers, and customers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, is preferred or 2-3 years of job specific Quality Assurance experience with broad-based information systems.
- Quality Analyst in at least 4 projects. 3+ years ERP quality assurance related experience. Knowledge in various ERP functions / modules and experience working on large-scale ERP projects.

- Understanding of business requirements and functionality
- Understanding of integrated business management systems.

- Strong conflict management and resolution skills to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment and diplomacy when escalating and resolving project issues with team members and management.
- Highly motivated self-starter.
- Ability to act as an advisor on professional and technical issues with a view towards reaching decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse work group and to achieve results through team efforts.
- Ability to perform in a high pressure environment and/or crisis situation and render good decisions to resolve the problems, maintain safety and ensure adherence to Corporate Code of Conduct.
- Follows plans consistently to implement projects and contributes to the execution of plans and directives for the QA Team.
