Job Title : QA Analyst- Selenium
Location : St. Louis, MO
Position Type : 6 Month contract

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Participate in all phases of the project life cycle e.g. requirements review/analysis, test planning, test execution, and test reporting and assessment.
• Define and document test cases based from user stories in TFS
• Create, execute and maintain manual and automated test plans/scripts as part of an Agile project team
• Manage test schedules, track and monitor distribution of work & effectively communicate test progress
• Execute QA processes and maintain an exceptional level of quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in the deliverables of each product sprint
• Embrace a culture of accountability for ensuring the system has minimal defects and adheres to company standards; including tracking test coverage and performance, while investigating and understanding production defect patterns
• Reporting and documenting technical issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Participate in the design and development of a common, scalable, reusable, easy-to-maintain and effective testing platform and execution framework
• Contribute to the adoption and success of continuous integration and unit testing practices
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a must
Skills needed:
• 3-5 years of Quality Assurance experience
• 2+ years of Selenium experience (will be working in an established environment)
• Must have strong requirements gathering and documentation and/or traceability matrix skills
• Experience with TFS, Jira, Bugzilla or similar product
• Experience working on financial services platform is highly beneficial especially as it relates to security.
