Purchasing Administrator (Procurement) at TEKsystems

Description

Procurement Team needs support for data entry and vendor scorecard, this resource will help onboarding construction for their OSP and Fiber groups. They will handle administrative tasks, requesting quotes and costs from vendors as needed. They will also need PowerBI or data reporting skills to help build a vendor scorecard from existing data. • Resource will work with procurement leadership on scorecards. • Resource will be responsible for utilizing programs such as PowerBI or MS Excel for Data analysis and reporting. • Resource will work with multiple departments within organization. • Resource will support vendor evaluations.

Computer skills, prior office experience within similar field • Minimum of one year experience with data analysis experience • Minimum of one year experience with MS Outlook and general email communication • Ability to filter and sort data within Excel. • Minimum of one year with PowerBI or other similar data reporting tools • Minimum of one year within a procurement organization. • Ability to communicate with multiple team members • Minimum of one year of Telecom Construction • Minimum of one year of Contract Management

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00
