Purchasing Accounting Coordinator Job Duties:
- Develop and manage the budget for procurement activities.
- Forecast financial needs and manage cash flow related to purchasing.
- Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable financial outcomes.
- Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivables.
- Prepare invoices.
Purchasing Accounting Coordinator Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of related experience.
- Strong experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience with having direct communication with vendors and suppliers.
- Available to start immediately.
