Immediate opening for a Purchaser/Admin Assistant in Ontario, CA who possesses:
- 2-3 years of admin and data entry experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, desktop enterprise version preferred
- Experience with inventory, accounting, or purchasing preferred

FULL DESCRIPTION:
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Will be assigned to Purchasing department
- Data entry of information into QuickBooks Desktop for inventory, pricing, accounting items
- Follow up with vendors via phone and email
- Enter in purchase order information to process
- Clerical support
- Assist Purchasing Manager with tasks
The selected candidate will also possess:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with QuickBooks, Desktop Enterprise preferred
- Strong attention to detail and clerical skills
- Purchasing, Accounting, or Inventory knowledge preferred
- Good customer service skills over the phone and email
Salary Range: $20-$25/hr
