A bit about us:

This company is well known and has a great reputation in the area for ground up multifamily builds. This role is focused on turning units for about ten different buildings, and will run through close to the end of Q3 into Q4.

The General Super heading this project is a great guy--very calm and helpful and will make sure you are fully supported in this role.

Job Details

Strong experience in multifamily construction and close out
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
Extensive knowledge of punch list management, unit turnover processes, and OSHA regulations.
Proven experience in managing multifamily and affordable housing construction projects.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
