Areas of focus for you as Continuous Improvement Engineer:

· Acting as an agent of change.

· Defining and selecting suitable projects and populates project hopper with future opportunities.

· Coaching and training the organization in Lean methodologies .

· Delivering CI Studies that include data and process analysis to understand and define opportunities.

· Delivering analysis for assigned department

· Having the ability to lead multiple lean projects.

· Creating Best Practice with other departments .

· Delivering successful projects that produce operational and financial benefits.
