Job Description

SharpContra is seeking a detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in crafting compelling narratives, managing client communications, and coordinating events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to building strong relationships with our clients and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and distribution of press releases, media kits, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, clients, and stakeholders.
• Support the coordination of PR campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
• Monitor and compile media coverage reports to measure campaign success.
• Organize and manage events, press conferences, and speaking engagements.
• Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in public relations.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding in all communications.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with media relations or event planning is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
