As a Public Relations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our brand image. Working closely with the PR team, you will support communication efforts, coordinate events, and build strong relationships with media outlets, partners, and the public. Your work will help Property Soar continue its legacy as a trusted leader in the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing PR campaigns and strategies.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and company newsletters.
- Build and maintain relationships with media contacts and community partners.
- Coordinate and manage event logistics, such as open houses and community outreach programs.
- Monitor media coverage and report on PR campaign performance.
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external communications.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in event planning or public relations is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
