Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of public relations strategies and campaigns to promote the company's brand and initiatives.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other communications materials to targeted media outlets.
- Monitor media coverage and social media channels for mentions of the company and relevant industry topics.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating media events, press conferences, and interviews.
- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
- Provide administrative support to the public relations team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing calendars.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Previous experience in public relations, communications, or related field is a plus but not required.
