Role: Trial / Public Entity Litigation (Sr. Associate to Partner level) Years

Location: Los Angeles, CA - Also open to Oakland

One of our clients is looking for an experienced litigation attorney to join their team. Must have public entity litigation experience.

The firm is full well recognized. The role will involve running the day to day for a busy practice including: law and motion practice in state and federal court, and dispositive motions. They are looking for experience in building a case for trial, including developing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and taking and defending depositions

Role/Firm:

• Hours variable - generally 1900
• Not a Lifestyle Firm, but they are a work life balance firm
• No Bureaucracy
• Hybrid schedule - 2x a week in office
• High attrition rate – Most ppl leave to go in-house or to work for the firm’s clients 

Compensation:

• $175,000 - $225,000
• Variable on experience, pedigree, business, etc.

The team will atomically pass on any candidates that focus their practice on insurance or liability – that is not the type of litigation work they do.
