A public adjuster in Florida is a state-licensed professional who advocates for policyholders in the insurance claim process:

• Surveys damage: Visits the policyholder's home to assess the damage
• Reviews claim: Conducts a comprehensive review of the claim
• Calculates payout: Recommends a payout for the claim
• Coordinates with insurance company: Works with the insurance company to process the payout
• Negotiates: Negotiates with the insurance company's claims adjuster
• Prepares documentation: Prepares an estimate and other claim documentation
• Reads policy: Reads the policy of insurance to determine coverage.
• Canvassing to get more clients
• Great customer service
• Calling leads.
