We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Watertown. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with the rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in patient assessments and treatments

Monitor patient progress and document outcomes

Educate patients and families on rehabilitation exercises

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

Current PTA license in Massachusetts

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in a SNF setting preferred
