Part-Time Appliance Installer - LXP Warehouse Department
Are you an experienced Appliance Installer looking for a flexible part-time role? Join our LXP Warehouse team and bring your skills to a dynamic and supportive environment!
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Handling: Load and unload trucks, receive inventory, and pull items for shipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, manage inventory databases, and ensure accurate barcoding and scanning.
- Warehouse Operations: Prepare and evaluate Warehouse Management System (WMS) reports, handle WMS administration, and resolve issues with planners and installers.
- Product Preparation: Pull, scan, clean, and stage products for delivery.
- Maintenance: Keep equipment and supplies in good condition and maintain a clean, organized dock area.
- Team Collaboration: Foster a professional attitude, cooperation, and team effort.
- Safety: Maintain a safe and secure work environment at all times.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Driver's License: Valid North Carolina (or other state-issued) driver's license required.
- Pre-Employment Checks: Must pass all pre-employment checks.
- Team Player: Strong teamwork skills and a proactive attitude.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-Directed: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred; familiarity with warehouse software is a plus.
