Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our facility and play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for visitors and residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, residents, and staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- at least 6 months of previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment and computer systems.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
