Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services per physician's plan
• Initiate therapy programs and instruct caregivers
• Prepare clinical summaries and participate in discharge planning
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Ensure compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-approved program with current state licensure
• 2 years of adult physical therapy experience; home health preferred
• Commitment to clinical excellence

Salary Range: USD $86,000.00 - $120,000.00 / Year
