Autumn Lake Healthcare at Birch Manor is looking for a Physical Therapist PT to fill a full-time or PRN position. You'll work in our renowned skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.
The Physical Therapist PT evaluates patients to identify needs and establishes an individualized treatment plan of care. By motivating patients during treatment, you will assist them to function optimally while promoting a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
