PT Office Coordinator at Beacon Hill

Our client, an investment firm located in Boston, is seeking a part-time office coordinator. This is a temporary opportunity and can compensate up to $28/hr. depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude coupled with prior office experience, demonstrating the ability to manage both administrative and technical tasks effectively. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, ensuring they are settled for meetings.
• Set up and organize meeting spaces for efficiency.
• Order lunch and refreshments for meetings as needed.
• Maintain and stock office supplies and kitchen items.
• Assist with technical projects, including database cleaning.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with daily office operations.
