Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Part-Time HR Manager. The successful candidate will help manage HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. Must have at least 3 years HR generalist/management experience, Associate or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. On-site only, 12-16 hours per week with flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing and administering orientation, setting up employee HRIS profiles, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and e-filed.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Benefits Administration: Help with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Assist with the review and submission of benefit invoices and carrier contribution receipts.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving concerns, and working with management to handle escalated issues as needed.
- Compliance & Reporting: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Prepare reports, complete information requests, and assist with audits.
- General HR Administration: Perform other administrative duties such as maintaining HR files, preparing correspondence, and supporting HR projects as needed.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisory personnel.
